Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice, we liked the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were large, and we got quiet room. There is a coffee set in the room The breakfast was very good. In the place free shuttle to the marina. The hotel has parking for free, we had enough parking near the entrance.

The property was really clean, great choice of breakfast. The staff where very pleasant. My fault the hotel was further out than what I realised but only £5 in a Uber.

Friendly staff, great location. Great for families. A quiet and small hotel. Location was peaceful with a train nearby that takes you through vilamoura, the old town and to the beaches. Very quiet on a night time. A shop is only ten minutes walk. Family room was spacious with a sofa bed and a very very large king bed. Would happily come back to this hotel!!

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The rooms were really clean and the cleaners did a fabulous job with the rooms and changing staff daily. The food around the pool was reasonable and tasty. The children’s menu was good too and big portions. The cocktails were our favourite, Pedro was really fantastic and made the stay really fun! We didn’t get the man’s name that was on the evening shift but he went above and beyond for me and my children.

Had a problem Initially as the room we booked on Booking.com stated 'Garden pine view room', no such room exists!! The manager is taking it up with Booking .com re marketing, but the manager was amazing and compensated by offering us another larger room in a quieter location overlooking the pool, not ideal but a very nice room Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Very clean standard of the the hotel in general and Breakfast amazing

Had a lovely stay, the hotel was lovely. The staff were amazing and so friendly and accommodating. It was nice and quiet due to time of year but weather was hot and the pool area was great. The breakfast in the morning is really nice, self-serve cooked breakfast, cereal, fruits, fresh pastries. Isn’t far away from the marina and things, Spar shop a 6 minute walk away. It’s set in a nice area too. Didn’t want to leave.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast very good - hot and cold options and included freash fruit. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting.

Breakfast excellent, large choice, limitless and excellent service. Excellent room with 2 televisions, bathrobes, comfy, large bed and extra bedding in wardrobe and mini fridge for use. Nice balcony. Room a little dark. Outside area very nice to sit in with reasonable pool. Very nice reception area and lovely staff throughout the hotel. Good value for money
